Nate lives and works in greater central Minnesota and practices in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. He brings over a decade of experience and expertise and has a proven track record at Meshbesher & Spence. Nate has a long history of advocating for individuals and families who have been victims of personal injury and has helped his clients recover millions of dollars through litigation and settlement.
He prides himself on being a voice for the injured who face wrongdoers with apparently infinite resources. He is a firm believer in all claimants, regardless of the size of the claim or the defendants’ resources, having access to the courts and a jury of their peers.
Growing up farming and later working as a carpenter before becoming a lawyer, Nate is proud of his work ethic. He later put his dedication and tenacity to use representing private and public-sector clients in a variety of civil matters, in private practice, and as an Assistant Attorney General for the state of Minnesota. He is also a frequent speaker on the topics of personal injury and medical malpractice.
He is not afraid to take a matter to a jury if a wrongdoer refuses to offer a reasonable settlement. Nate’s peers recognize his commitment to his clients naming him a Super Lawyer and a Minnesota Attorney of the Year after fighting for the largest personal injury verdict ever obtained in Sherburne County.
In his free time, Nate enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters near St. Cloud as well as farming, biking, remodeling, and volunteering with local schools and charities. He stays active in the community coaching wrestling and mock trials while also serving on his church’s governing council. He is also an avid musician and you can occasionally find him performing with local bands.
