Stryker Rejuvenate and ABG II Modular Hip Stems Cause Metallosis

Meshbesher & Spence attorneys represented plaintiffs implanted with Stryker’s Rejuvenate and ABG II modular hip stems that were subject to a recall in 2012. All of the lawsuits filed in federal court were consolidated before The Honorable Donovan Frank in the District of Minnesota. Judge Frank appointed Meshbesher & Spence attorneys to lead the litigation on behalf of plaintiffs across the country, including, Genevieve Zimmerman as part of the Lead Counsel Committee and Tony Nemo as the Liaison Counsel of the MDL. Tony, Genevieve, and the rest of the Meshbesher & Spence team helped secure a settlement that is estimated to pay plaintiffs more than $1.4 billion.
