Michael Snyder has been a practicing attorney at Meshbesher & Spence for over thirty years. He is the Senior partner at the firm after serving as President and a member of the Board of Directors for many years. In that time, Mike has shaped and prepared the Firm to meet today’s ever changing requirements and increasing demands. Though recently passing the torch of leadership to Mark Streed, Mike remains at the firm, working his caseload and consulting with his law partners and associates. Mike exclusively represents victims of personal injury and families in cases involving wrongful death.
Mike is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in vehicular and construction accidents, product liability, medical malpractice, and cases involving catastrophic injuries—such as traumatic brain injury or paralysis—the implications of which involve long-term care planning. Mike has also worked on cases in other states and has extensive experience in appeal courts. Mike is frequently selected as a “Super Lawyer” by Law & Politics and included in “Minnesota’s Top Lawyers” as published by Mpls-St. Paul and Twin Cities Business Magazines. He was also selected 2013 Lawyer of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer and has been voted to Best Lawyers in America since that time.
Mike and his wife, Lane Kirchner, live in Saint Paul, where they raised two daughters and attend Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church.
